Conflict Coaching has evolved from mediation, the same process is used in conflict coaching as used in mediation sessions.
Conflict Coaching is a one-to-one way of helping you to resolve your difficulty. I will support YOU to reflect on YOUR responses to the conflict, if your present responses have not been working for you and your situation is not improving. Conflict Coaching will help you to create different responses and help you to identify YOUR own SOLUTION.
What is the difference between Mediation and Conflict Coaching?
The main difference between Mediation and Conflict Coaching is that participants do not require to come together in a joint meeting in order to embrace resolution.
What is the format?
Conflict Coaching is confidential and will include up to 3 sessions. This can be done in person, telephone or via zoom.
Who is it useful for?
I offer Mediation and Conflict Coaching in a range of different contexts including:
- families
- communities
- business.
My Experience
I was one of the first Conflict Coaches providing this publicly available Conflict Coaching Service in London.
“what really helped was to spend time talking through my conflict with Susie, she supported me to decide how I wanted to respond.”
