Susie is delighted to be delivering her successful bespoke Mentoring skills program.  The program has developed from her lengthy career as a Mentor, Mediator, Trainer, Coach and Specialist Family Support Foster Carer and family experiences.

Having many years of learning, organic and academic on supporting others through Mentoring and Mediation her program will teach the skills of how we can provide a quality solution focussed support to each other as opposed to being placed on a list to speak to someone.

The training has been delivered in:

  • businesses
  • schools
  • home life

The sessions will introduce a framework to therapeutically walk beside others through the skills of listening without judgement, self-care, helping to set goals, sharing your learning, consider ways forward/solutions and signposting.

She looks forward to helping others to understand the difference that we can make together through the MAPS model.

How is the training structured?

The training consists of 6 1/2 day sessions with the option of ongoing support and the areas covered are:

Schools and Community

For the 6 half day MAPS program for schools/community groups it would cost £3000.00 this would include the course material, the model for their support sessions that they offer and 2 facilitation sessions for the group after the training.
